By Dan Dockstader on Jan 30, 2012 in News, Wyoming The Board of the Wyoming Wildlife and Natural Resource Trust (WWNRT) program is now accepting applications for the spring 2012 funding cycle. Applications for wildlife improvement projects are are due March 1, 2012. Funded by interest earned on a permanent account, donations and legislative appropriation, the purpose of the program is to enhance and conserve wildlife habitat and natural resource values throughout the state. Any project designed to improve wildlife habitat or natural resource values is eligible for funding.

Vogel will serve a six-year term as director and the appointment requires confirmation by the Wyoming Senate.
